Debra Downs
Founded Agency in 1989
Debbie is a Bay Area Native and fourth generation San Franciscan. In 1981, she and her husband moved to Marin, where they raised their family of four children. Debbie values relationships above all else. Determined to help clients through the complexities of insurance options she founded her agency. Over 30 years have passed since she opened her doors, and yet the same clients who were amongst her first are still placing their trust in her today. The success of the agency is due to the loyalty of its clients.
Family First. That has always been Debbie’s priority, and her clients respect that. Through the trust she has built with her clients, they know she cares about their insurance needs for their families and businesses. She is committed to them.
Debbie is active in many community organizations and sits on the board of directors for a nonprofit, Ranchin’ Vets, which serves post 9/11 veterans. She enjoys spending time with her family, which now includes several grandchildren, cooking and traveling.

Our staff is a select group trained first and foremost to specialize in client services. Their responsibilities include case management, processing new enrollment, and application packages and acting as a liaison to the carriers for our clients. Our agency is committed to a seamless application process.
Kelle Downs
Licensed Agent
Kelle joined the agency in 2019 after working as an account manager at a small business, a venture backed startup, and Fortune 500 tech company. She was raised in Tucson, AZ in a family of small business owners and graduated from the University of Arizona. Her upbringing and career experience taught her the value of strong partnerships and the need for professional advice. With this perspective, she advises families and business owners on life insurance planning to protect what they care about. Kelle also advises businesses on health benefits to attract and maintain employees in this competitive market. Client service is our commitment; we provide custom, client centered solutions. As a family agency our clients also become part of our family. Kelle now resides in sunny Novato with her husband and two daughters.
